Introducing the highly nutritious and exquisite Edamame. Protein packed and makes for an excellent and easy snack in between meal times, or even as an appetizer.

Just add a tablespoon salt to water and boil the beans for 4-5 minutes until soft. Remove and strain and you are done. Add more salt and spices as per taste.
